The investment manager for the SM REIT is REPL (Rudrabhishek Enterprises Ltd.) which is NSE listed ‘Urban Development & Infrastructure Consultants, having legacy of more than 30 years in the real estate domain. ImpactR envisions to bring in a technology driven approach in the real estate investment which is handled by the seasoned professionals.
